Job summary

Proactive Personnel Ltd in Wolverhampton is seeking an experienced CNC Milling Setter/Operator to join our engineering team in the automotive and general engineering sectors.

You will set and operate CNC milling machines, edit and write simple programmes, read engineering drawings, and inspect components to ensure they meet quality standards in a batch production environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CNC Milling Setter/Operator.
• Experience with Haas CNC machines and Fanuc controls.
• Ability to edit and write simple programmes.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Experience inspecting components using appropriate measuring equipment.
• Reliable, conscientious and able to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and operating CNC milling machines, producing components to specification within a batch production environment.
