Job summary

Brauer Ltd in Milton Keynes is seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer/Setter/Operator to join our production team. You will program, set up and run CNC lathes, interpreting technical drawings to ensure components meet tight dimensional tolerances.

The role requires strong skills in Fanuc controls, CAD reading, and hands-on tool handling, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and safe working practices. You will collaborate across the shop floor to maintain productivity and precision.

Qualifications

• Materials & Tooling Handling — Experience with tooling, materials handling, and workshop processes.

Advantageous: Experience programming Doosan 220LSY, 220, 2100L with bar feeders or similar multi‑axis machines.
