Job summary

Masstemps are recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join our busy client based in Kidderminster. This role offers an excellent long-term opportunity with a competitive rate and an early finish on Fridays.

Set up and operate CNC milling machines, read drawings, and produce high-quality components to tight tolerances. Friday short shift complements Monday-Thursday schedule, with a pay rate of £15.00–£17.00 per hour, dependent on experience.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC milling experience is essential.
• Experience setting and operating Hurco CNC machine is preferred.
• Experience setting and operating Haas CNC machines is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and maintain high quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC milling machines.
• Change tooling and adjust machine offsets as required.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Inspect finished components using measuring equipment, including micrometers, vernier calipers, and height gauges.
• Produce high-quality components while working to tight tolerances.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
