Job summary

We can SolviT Recruitment LTD is recruiting for a CNC Setter/Operator in Coventry. The role covers setting and running CNC machines on rotating day and late shifts, with overtime offered and 39 hours paid per week.

You will work with metal components, perform own quality checks, and commit to a 4-week shift cycle. The position is full-time and permanent, based in CV6.

CNC Setter/Operator

Salary: £15.62p/hr AM £17.18p/hr PM + Overtime

Rotating day & late shift (details below)

Coventry CV6 - Full Time Permanent

We are looking for experienced CNC Turner or Miller setter/operators (spaces for both).

Working with a busy engineering company that has regular work all year round, a full order book into late 2027 and more coming.

The Job

• Set & run cnc machines
• Quality checks

Shift - 4 week rotation

Day - Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 14:15 & Friday 06:00 - 12:00

Late - Monday - Thursday 14:45 - 23:00 & Friday 12:30 - 18:30 - 10% allowance

To be Considered

• Previous experience as a CNC setter/operator
• Experience working on metal components
• Experience quality checking your own work
• Able to commit to the shift pattern
