10 Recruitment Ltd is recruiting for a CNC Setter-Operator / Apprentice-Trained Engineer based in Leeds (LS12). The role offers an hourly rate of £16.12 with a 25% shift allowance (£20.15 per hour) and double-day rotating shifts.

Pay & Working Hours

• Hourly Rate: £16.12 per hour once fully competent in the role.
• Shift Allowance: Additional 25%, taking the hourly rate to £20.15.
• Shifts: Double Days - rotating early and late shifts.
• Early Shift: 06:00 - 14:20.
• Late Shift: 13:40 - 22:00. For candidates requiring training, the initial hourly rate will be reviewed based on existing skills and experience, with the advertised rate applicable once fully up to speed.
