Job summary

Pertemps Dudley is recruiting for two experienced CNC Operator/Setter/Programmers to join a well established engineering business in the Midlands. You will operate, set and program CNC milling machines to produce precision-engineered components and maintain quality throughout the machining process.

Ideal candidates have strong milling experience, are proficient with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls, and can read engineering drawings.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a CNC Operator / Setter / Programmer.
• Strong CNC milling experience.
• Experience with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience setting tooling, offsets and machine parameters.
• Good understanding of precision engineering and tolerances.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

The Role

You will be responsible for operating, setting and programming CNC milling machinery, producing precision-engineered components to specification and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the machining process.

About You

What's on Offer?

• £15.50 – £20 per hour depending on experience
• 8am – 4pm Monday to Friday
• Weekday overtime paid at 1.3x
• Saturday overtime paid at 1.5x
