Job summary

The Best Connection are recruiting for a CNC Rout Operator in Telford. This role involves operating CNC routing machinery to separate finished circuit boards from production panels and manufacture internal components used within the PCB process.

Shift patterns include rotating shifts (6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm, with Friday 6am-10am / 10am-2pm). The ideal candidate has previous CNC or machine operating experience and a strong attention to detail, with a good work ethic and willingness to learn.

• Manufacturing experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operating CNC routing machines.
• Routing finished circuit boards from mother panels.
• Manufacturing internal piece parts to create windows for bonding PCBs.
• Following engineering specifications and production instructions.
• Completing quality checks on finished components.
• Maintaining machine performance and housekeeping standards.
