Inspire Resourcing Ltd. is seeking a Machine Operative to join a Chesterfield-based manufacturing business. You will be part of the production team, operating CNC routing equipment, preparing materials and supporting CAD/CAM programming to meet production requirements.

With a practical, hands-on approach, you will read drawings, maintain quality standards and help ensure on-time delivery in a safe, efficient environment. CAD/CAM experience is essential, and teamwork is important.

Qualifikationen

• Knowledge and understanding of manufacturing machinery.
• CAD/CAM programming experience is essential.
• Good computer skills and confidence using relevant software.
• Ability to read and work from drawings, specifications and production instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Hands-on approach and ability to work well in a team.
• Experience in CNC routing or metal manufacturing is advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Operate, set and run CNC routing machinery and related equipment per training and work instructions.
• Prepare, load, position and secure metal materials and components safely.
• Use CAD/CAM software to support CNC routing and production needs.
• Read and interpret basic engineering drawings, specs and tolerances.
• Inspect finished components for quality and report defects.
• Support component assembly, finishing and general production duties.
• Complete daily machinery safety checks and ensure correct operation.
• Follow production schedules to ensure timely orders and dispatch.
