Job summary

Perfect Team in Luton is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer, Setter and Operator to join a well-equipped, clean modern machine shop. The role requires strong G-code programming (manual) and Fanuc control experience to programme, set and run fixed head turning centres.

You will read engineering drawings, use measuring equipment and ensure high-quality workmanship. Hours are Monday to Thursday 8:00–16:30 and Friday 8:00–15:30 with overtime available; start is immediate for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Strong G-code programming (manual) experience with Fanuc controls.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and interpret tolerances.
• Experience using measuring equipment to verify parts.

Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate CNC fixed head turning centres.
• Produce high-quality work and adhere to specifications.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings to ensure correct machining.

My client is a well established machine shop based in Luton, Beds, who as part of their expansion and seeking an experience CNC Programmer using both G Code programming (manual programming) and also Fanuc.

If you have strong G code Programming and experience of Fanuc and live within easy commuting distance then

As this role is an essential part of their growth it is essential the successful person is an experience CNC programmer on fixed head turning centres and be part of the team.
