Job summary

Pertemps are recruiting for a full-time CNC Programmer/Operator to join our Stafford Park based team. You will create CNC instructions and translate blueprints into machine-readable code, controlling movements, tools and cutting parameters to produce precise parts.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years’ CNC programming experience, familiarity with a Citizen Slider lathe, and the ability to work independently while delivering high-quality results.

Qualifications

• 2/3 years experience in CNC programming.
• Experience using a Citizen Slider lathe machine.
• Be able to work on own initiative and finish to a high standard.
• Team player with good collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed CNC instructions/code for manufacturing parts.
• Analyse blueprints/models and translate designs into machine-readable code.
• Define machine movements, tool selection and cutting parameters to meet specifications.
