1. AM Shift: 05:30am - 1:30pm, Monday to Friday
2. PM Shift: 2:00pm - 10:00pm, Monday to Thursday (finishing at 8:00pm on Friday)

The role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a CNC Programmer Operator to join a market-leading manufacturing business in Worcester.

Duties:

• Producing a wide and varied range of highly toleranced parts used in the manufacture of CNC machines.
• Understanding CNC controls and suggesting improvements.
• Working within a team of engineers following health & safety guidelines.
• Promoting a positive culture by engaging in H&S improvements and kaizen initiatives.

Requirements:

• Understanding of milling and machining centre machines.
• Experience setting and operating automated CNC machine tools.
• Experience with cutting tools, fixtures, and measuring equipment.
• Experience working in a busy manufacturing environment within a team.
• Ability to edit and program from engineering drawings (desirable).
• Completion of a mechanical engineering apprenticeship (desirable).
