The role offers progression into senior or team lead positions as the workshop expands, with a supportive, family-run environment and clear contracts for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC programmer on milling or turning machines.
• Proficient with Fanuc and Heidenhain controls.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and program CNC machines and lathes.
• Be part of a new CNC team with clear progression paths.
• Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm, working in a static days-based role.
