Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is working with a local Woking manufacturer to recruit a CNC Setter/Operator for a days-based role. You will run Mills and Lathes, perform setting and light programming with training provided, and join a supportive team.

The role offers a clear day schedule, optional overtime at 1.5x, a training pathway, and a quarterly attendance bonus to enhance earnings. Commutability to Woking is required.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating Mills and Lathes, including basic CNC tasks.
• Willingness to learn programming; training provided.
• Commutable to Woking.

Responsibilities

• Setting and operating Mills and Lathes.
• Undertake programming (training provided).
• Work Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Fridays 7:30am-12:30pm with flexible start/finish.
• Opportunity for overtime (1.5x pay), training and quarterly attendance bonus.
