Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a CNC Machinist with turning and programming experience in Manchester. The role offers training on FANUC and LYNX machinery, with a focus on bespoke parts produced from plastics and polymers, and a clear path for progression within a collaborative workshop.

You will join a long-standing manufacturing specialist providing day-work, Monday to Friday, with early finishes on Fridays and a company bonus, plus a 5% pension contribution.

Qualifications

• CNC Machinist with turning and programming experience.
• Experience with FANUC and LYNX machines.

Responsibilities

• CNC turning, with training on milling.
• Setting, operating, and programming FANUC and LYNX machines, with training provided.
• Creating bespoke parts with plastics and polymers.
• 39 hours a week, 8:00–16:30 or 06:00–14:30, Monday to Friday, with early finish Fridays.
