We're currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Programmer Setter to join our clients busy team based in Telford.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of precision components. Were looking for an experienced CNC Programmer Setter to produce high-quality products to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Program, set, and operate CNC machines (Turning and/or Milling)
• Interpret engineering drawings and technical instructions
• Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy and quality
• Conduct first-off and in-process inspections using measuring equipment
• Troubleshoot and correct machining issues in real time
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the shop floor
• Collaborate with engineers and production staff to meet deadlines
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in CNC programming and setting
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Flexibility to work independently or as part of a team
  
  

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday 07:30-16:00
  
  

Salary

• Negotiable - depending on experience
  
  

An immediate start is available for the successful CNC Programmer Setter.
