Qualifikationen

• Sound understanding of production engineering with reference to CNC machining.
• Ability to plan CNC machining operations.
• Experience with 3, 4 and 5 axis machining is essential.
• Familiar with ERP or MRP production control systems; proficient with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office to produce documentation and reports.

Aufgaben

• Creation of parts, BOMs and route planning on the production control system.
• Creation of works orders, purchase orders and subcontract documentation.
• Occasionally placing purchase orders for raw material.
• Liaising with Production and Quality to provide customers with up-to-date progress information.
• Gathering and collating data for reporting purposes.
• Preparation of metrics for reports to Commercial Manager.
• General duties as required conducive to efficient running of the department.
