Gregory-Martin International is seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Turn Operator to fabricate high-precision aerospace components at our Byfleet site. You will set up and operate CNC mill/turn equipment, interpret engineering instructions, and ensure parts meet customer specifications with tight tolerances.

We value a time-served machinist with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, strong communication, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Time served machinist with minimum 3 years' experience.
• Ability to interpret work instructions and planning documents to manufacture parts to spec.
• Good communicator who can build positive relationships with colleagues and customers.

Responsabilités

• Set and operate CNC mill/turn machines.
• Edit existing programs.

• Carry out self-inspection and quality checks.
