Job summary

Masstemps Ltd in Kidderminster is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operative to join a busy engineering team. You will set up, program, and operate CNC press brakes to manufacture metal components, reading drawings and ensuring accuracy and quality.

You'll inspect parts with calipers and gauges, select tooling, and maintain machines and work area in line with safety standards. The role offers day and afternoon shifts with competitive pay rates.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC press brake machines.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Experience using precision measuring equipment (calipers, gauges).
• Knowledge of selecting appropriate tooling for bend specs and material.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures and PPE usage.
• Ability to work to production targets with quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines.
