Job summary

Your Recruiters in Rugby is recruiting an experienced CNC Press Brake Setter / Operator for a sheet metal manufacturer. You will join a friendly team of about 20, working with Amada Press Brakes on a variety of sheet metal components.

Day shifts are 8am-4:30pm Monday to Thursday and 8am-3:30pm on Friday, with overtime paid at 1.3x. The role offers 32 days of holiday including bank holidays and a supportive, hands-on management style.

Qualifications

• Experience setting and operating CNC Press Brakes.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and select tooling.
• Confidence adjusting existing programmes and verifying parts.

Responsibilities

• Set machines and check finished components.
• Adjust programmes as required for accuracy.
• Operate Amada Press Brakes on varied sheet metal jobs.
