Job summary

Pertemps Stoke on Trent is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in the United Kingdom. You will operate Amada CNC Press Brake machines, set up tooling, program via Amada software, and read engineering drawings to produce high-quality sheet metal components to exact specifications.

This full-time permanent role offers an hourly rate of 12.71–14.50, overtime, training and development, company pension, cycle to work, health and wellbeing programmes,

CNC Press Brake OperatorFull-Time Permanent 40 Hours per Week

12.71 - 14.50 per hour (DOE)

We're looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. Working with the latest Amada CNC Press Brake machinery and software, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality sheet metal components to exact specifications.

What you'll be doing:

• Setting up and operating Amada CNC Press Brake machines
• Programming and adjusting machines using Amada software
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Producing components to precise quality standards
• Carrying out inspections and quality checks
• Performing basic machine maintenance
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous CNC Press Brake experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Experience with Amada machinery/software is highly desirable
• Manufacturing experience preferred
