Job summary

Pertemps Bond is seeking a skilled CNC Press Brake Operator in Stoke-on-Trent. You will work with Amada CNC Press Brake machinery to produce high-quality sheet metal parts to precise specifications.

Ideal candidates have experience with Amada software, strong attention to detail, and a background in manufacturing. The role is full-time with overtime opportunities in a modern workshop.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Amada CNC press brakes and reading engineering drawings.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated.
• Amada machinery/software experience is highly desirable.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Amada CNC Press Brake machines.
• Program and adjust machines using Amada software.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Produce components to tight quality standards.
• Perform inspections and quality checks.
• Carry out basic machine maintenance.

We're looking for an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join a busy and growing manufacturing team. Working with the latest Amada CNC Press Brake machinery and software, you'll play a key role in producing high-quality sheet metal components to exact specifications.

CNC Press Brake OperatorFull-Time | Permanent | 40 Hours per Week

£12.71 - £14.50 per hour (DOE)

What you'll be doing:

• Setting up and operating Amada CNC Press Brake machines
• Programming and adjusting machines using Amada software
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Producing components to precise quality standards
• Carrying out inspections and quality checks
• Performing basic machine maintenance
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised work environment

What we're looking for:

• Previous CNC Press Brake experience
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Experience with Amada machinery/software is highly desirable
• Manufacturing experience preferred
