Hours of Work: 3 Shift Rotation 37.5hrs
Monday-Friday 0600-1400, 1400-2200, 2200-0600

Working as part of a skilled team, our CNC Setters machine critical components used across various projects within well-known sectors. You will need high standards of workmanship to meet internal and customer specifications. Self-motivation and determination are essential, along with consistently high standards.

About the role

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications
• Set up and load materials onto the machine
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during production
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Further technical progression opportunities

About you

• Demonstrated experience as a CNC Setter / Operator
• Experience with precision measurement instruments
• Ability to interpret technical drawings seamlessly
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
• Focus on quality and ability to reinforce its importance to others
• Strong math skills for measurements and calculations
• Adherence to excellent manufacturing practices
