Job summary

ASC Connections in Redditch is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a precision manufacturing backdrop. The role is days-based with flexible hours, supporting high-volume, close-tolerance components across sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in precision engineering or high-volume manufacturing.
• Proficient in CNC programming, editing and optimisation.
• Advantageous experience with RM35 wire forming machinery.

Responsibilities

• Produce, develop and optimise CNC programmes for high-volume production.
• Collaborate with engineering/production to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Load programmes and apply offsets as needed.
• Support process improvements and cycle-time reductions.
• Troubleshoot machining issues and identify process improvements.
• Support current and new production requirements.
• Maintain high quality, accuracy and consistency across operations.
