Job summary

Pertemps Redditch Industrial is recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator in Kidderminster to operate 3-axis Hurco and Haas machines, producing components to tight tolerances.

You will load and unload machines, set up tooling, read engineering drawings, and carry out quality checks throughout the production process while maintaining a clean, safe working environment.

This full-time role offers £16.00 per hour in a long-term position with an established manufacturing business.

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery.
• Experience with Hurco and/or Haas machines would be highly beneficial.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings.
• Good understanding of CNC manufacturing processes.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Reliable and able to work independently.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating 3-axis Hurco and Haas CNC machines, producing high-quality components to specification while maintaining excellent standards of accuracy and quality.
