Job summary

bbe Recruitment is seeking an experienced CNC Miller – Programmer/Setter/Operator for a bespoke precision engineering company in Dartford. You will programme, set and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines, interpreting drawings and tolerances to tight specifications.

You should have 3+ years CNC milling experience, strong setting, operating and programming skills, and a good knowledge of cutting tools and inspection equipment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years CNC milling experience.
• Strong setting, operating and programming skills.
• Able to read engineering drawings and tolerances.
• Knowledge of cutting tools and inspection equipment.
• Heidenhain control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Programme, set and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines.
• Interpret drawings with GD&T and tolerances.
• Machine precision components to specification.
• Use measuring equipment to check parts and ensure quality.
