Castle Employment Group is recruiting an experienced CNC Miller/Turner to join a well-established precision engineering company based in Bradford. You will program, set and operate CNC milling and turning machinery to manufacture high-quality, bespoke components.

The role focuses on one-off and small-batch production with tight tolerances, reading engineering drawings and using Fanuc, Siemens or Mazak controls.

Qualifications

• Experience as CNC Miller/Turner with both disciplines.
• Confident programming, setting and operating CNC machinery.
• Experience with Fanuc, Siemens, Mazak or similar controls.
• Ability to read and work accurately from engineering drawings.
• Experience producing precision components to tight tolerances.

Responsabilités

• Programming, setting and operating CNC milling and turning machinery.
• Manufacturing high-quality, bespoke precision components.
• Working on one-off and small-batch production rather than repetitive, high-volume work.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Working with CNC controls such as Fanuc, Siemens and Mazak.
• Selecting tooling, setting offsets and making programme adjustments.
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, quality and workmanship.
