Job summary

Complete Talent Services Ltd is recruiting a Machine Shop Technician / CNC Miller for a leading client near Keighley on a permanent basis. Successful candidates will be time served to ensure parts are manufactured in accordance with supplied drawings and specifications.

Candidates will edit programmes and set and operate a range of CNC Millers using Siemens controls; experience with Fanuc or Mazatrol will also be considered. Shifts available: Days with overtime paid at premium rates.

Qualifications

• Experience working within a machine shop environment machining components to fine tolerances.
• Ability to edit programmes and operate CNC Millers using Siemens /Fanuc/Mazatrol controls.
• Read and work to engineering drawings; overhead crane operating experience.

Responsibilities

• Edit programmes and set up CNC milling operations.
• Operate CNC milling machines with Siemens controls; adapt to Fanuc/Mazatrol as needed.
• Read drawings and manufacture parts to tight tolerances.

Job description

Due to a continued growth we are recruiting a Machine Shop Technician / CNC Miller to join our leading client based near Keighley on a permanent basis. Successful candidates will ideally be time served to ensure that jobs are manufactured in accordance with supplied technical drawings and specifications however those with demonstrable work experience will be considered.

Candidates will be required to edit programmes, set and operate a range of CNC Millers utilising Siemens Controls however candidates with experience in Fanuc/ Mazatrol will also be considered.

Standard Days- Monday - Friday 0745AM - 4PM

Shifts available on Earlies/ Lates / Nights also - shift premiums apply

Overtime available All paid at premium rates.

The Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Experience working within a machine shop environment machining components to fine tolerances
• The ability to manipulate a CNC Millers utilising Siemens /Fanuc/ Mazatrol controls
• The ability to read, understand and work to engineering drawings. overhead crane operating experience

Candidate Skills

• -Ideally Time-served with demonstrable experience operating a CNC Miller working to very tight tolerances.
• – Experience using Siemens controls to edit programmes - Fanuc or Mazatrol will be considered
• -Will have experience working on a range of materials including Stainless, Duplex, Bronze, Aluminium
