Job summary

WF Tech in Esher, Surrey is looking for an experienced CNC Miller – Programmer / Setter / Operator to join a precision engineering team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will programme, set and operate CNC milling machines from drawings, producing high-precision components to tight tolerances.

3- and 4-axis experience is essential; 5-axis would be highly advantageous. The role offers £20–£24 per hour, 39 hours per week, with 25 days holiday, pension, overtime at 1.5x and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Proven CNC milling experience.
• Strong programming, setting and operating experience.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience working to tight tolerances.
• Aerospace/Defence experience advantageous.
• CNC/CAM programming experience beneficial.
• Must have the right to work in the UK.

We are recruiting for an established and growing precision engineering business supplying components into demanding industries including Aerospace, Defence, Medical and Oil & Gas.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced CNC Miller / Programmer Setter Operator to join their team on a permanent basis.

The Role

• Programme, set and operate CNC milling machines.
• Work from engineering drawings and technical specifications.
