The role is hands-on, working with Fanuc machinery, and offers a salary of £35,000 to £39,000 depending on experience, with potential for 5+ years' experience to discuss higher hourly rates.

You will join a tight-knit team delivering precision-engineered components to tight tolerances, with a focus on accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a CNC Miller Programmer Setter.
• Strong proficiency with Fanuc machinery and control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong understanding of tooling, feeds, and speeds for precision milling operations.

Responsibilities

• Programme and set up CNC milling machines using Fanuc control systems.
• Produce precision-engineered components to technical drawings and specifications.
• Select appropriate tooling and establish suitable feeds and speeds for milling operations.
• Check components to ensure they meet required quality and dimensional standards.
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Work effectively as part of a close-knit manufacturing team.
