Job summary

Interaction - Leeds in Wetherby is seeking an experienced CNC Miller/Programmer to join its engineering team. You will program from scratch, set up and run CNC milling machines, read complex drawings, and produce high‑quality components with Heidenhain, HAAS or Fanuc controls.

The role is permanent, 37 hours per week, Mon‑Thu 7:30am–5:15pm, with overtime paid at Time + 1/3 on weekdays and Time + 1/2 on Saturdays. Salary £35k–£43k depending on experience. Commutable from York, Leeds and Harrogate.

Qualifications

• 5 years' CNC machining experience.
• Excellent CNC Milling and programming from scratch.
• Good working knowledge of Heidenhain, HAAS or Fanuc controls.
• Able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Experience machining one-off pieces and small batches.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Adhere to Quality and H&S standards.
