Interaction Recruitment Group in Wetherby is seeking an experienced CNC Miller/Programmer to join our client’s engineering team. The role involves milling and programming components from scratch for a range of one-off parts and small batches, using Heidenhain, HAAS or Fanuc controls.

You will read complex drawings, select appropriate tooling, and contribute to quality and H&S compliance. 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 7.30am-5.15pm, with overtime available.

Competenze

• Requires 5 years' CNC machining experience.
• Excellent CNC milling skills with ability to program from scratch.
• Good working knowledge of Heidenhain, HAAS or Fanuc controls.
• Able to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
• Experience machining one-off pieces and small batches.
• Strong attention to detail; able to work independently or in a team.
• Adherence to Quality and H&S standards.
