Job summary

Questech Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced CNC Miller for a role in Otley, Leeds, West Yorkshire. You will set and operate milling machines with Mazak and Fanuc controls and edit programs when required.

The job requires reading 2D drawings, working to high precision, and maintaining quality and HSE standards. Shifts include days and afters, full-time on-site with rotating hours.

An hourly rate of £18–£20 is offered, plus a quarterly bonus scheme depending on performance.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years' experience working within a high precision manufacturing background.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Set and operate Milling machines with Mazak and Fanuc controls, editing programs as required.
Follow company procedures and machine capability to meet production deadlines.
Adhere to Quality and HSE Standards and policies.
Read 2D engineering drawings.

THE DUTIES OF A CNC MILLER

Set and operate Milling machines with Mazak and fanuc controls. Programming and advantage but not essential but editing a requirement.
Working in line with company procedures and machine capability to ensure production deadlines are met.
Adhering to Quality and HSE Standards and policies
Ability to read 2D engineering drawings.
Organised, focused and able to adopt a high level of attention to detail within your work.
