Job summary

Workforce Recruitment and Training is seeking a CNC Miller Programmer for an established engineering and manufacturing business in Folkestone. You will work on eight CNC milling machines, predominantly 3-axis, with a new 5-axis machine onsite to develop skills and support manufacturing projects.

Experience in PowerMill and with Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain controls is desirable; overtime and a discretionary bonus are available, along with training and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in CNC milling and programming.
• Strong 3-axis machining knowledge.
• CAD/CAM programming experience; PowerMill is advantageous.

Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-4pm | Friday, 8am-3pm (39 hours per week)

The Opportunity

An established engineering and manufacturing business specialising in precision engineering, tooling and complex component manufacture is looking for a CNC Miller Programmer to join its team.

The business operates eight CNC milling machines, working across a variety of specialist engineering projects. All programming is carried out using Delcam PowerMill, with machines running Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain controls.

The role is predominantly 3-axis milling, with a new 5-axis machine onsite offering an opportunity to develop your skills. Training is available for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
