You will work across materials including stainless steel, aluminium and titanium, edit programs to improve efficiency, evaluate tooling solutions, and perform in-process inspection with hand tools and CMM, while maintaining machines and adhering

Qualifications

• Time-served with demonstrable CNC milling experience.
• Experience using Fanuc controls to programme and operate.
• Experience working with stainless, aluminium and titanium.

Responsibilities

• Set up, program and operate CNC milling machines to tight tolerances.
• Program parts using Fanuc controls and CAM software.
• Edit past programs to improve efficiency and lead times.
• Evaluate new tooling and run multiple machines with different materials.
• Perform in-process inspection with hand tools and CMM.
• Daily maintenance of machines including coolant conditioning and safety compliance.
