Job summary
Interaction Technical in Northamptonshire is seeking a CNC Miller Programmer, Setter & Operator to join their machining team. You will program, set and operate Fanuc CNC mills to produce high-precision components from various materials, following engineering drawings. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with overtime and progression opportunities in a busy precision engineering environment.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' experience as a CNC Miller, Setter & Programmer.
Strong experience with Fanuc controls.
Programming experience essential.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Experience machining materials including 304, 316, Duplex, Titanium and Hastelloy.
High attention to detail and ability to work to tight tolerances.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Responsibilities
Program, set and operate Fanuc-controlled CNC milling machines.
Manufacture precision components to specification from engineering drawings.
Machine a range of materials including 304, 316, Duplex, Titanium and Hastelloy.
Inspect components using precision measuring equipment and maintain quality.
Support health and safety procedures and continuous improvement initiatives.
