Job summary

Complete Talent Services Ltd on behalf of our client near Shipley is recruiting CNC Millers on a permanent basis to support day shift expansion. The role requires setting and operating 3+5 axis CNC Millers with Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain controls and a commitment to precision.

Shifts vary: 40 hours over 5 days or 4 days; nights or weekends also available. Start times range from 5:30am to 8:30am, with finishes from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. Training apprentices and maintaining equipment are part of the job.

Qualifications

• Time-served with demonstrable experience operating a CNC Miller to tight tolerances.
• Experience using Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain controls to set and operate machines.
• Experience working with materials including Stainless steel, Aluminium and Titanium.

Responsibilities

• Set and operate CNC Millers using confirmed programs and tooling.
• Operate machines with Fanuc/Siemens/Heidenhain controls.
• Run multiple machines and handle varied materials.
• Perform in-process inspection using hand tools and CMM.
• Maintain machines daily including coolant conditioning for safety compliance.
• Maintain a clean, tidy and organized work area; mentor new apprentices.
