Job summary

E3 Recruitment is seeking a fully skilled CNC Miller 5 Axis engineer to join a precision engineering team in the UK. The role offers a stable day shift (Mon-Thu 06:00–15:00, Fri 06:00–12:00) with a starting salary in the £35,360–£39,520 range and 33 days holiday.

You will set up, program from scratch on Fanuc and produce components for regulated industries. The ideal candidate will have 5-axis machining experience, the ability to program online, and familiarity with CAD/CAM software to support

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications in mechanical engineering or machining preferred.
• Experience as CNC Miller in regulated industries (Aerospace, Medical, Nuclear, Defence, etc.).
• Ability to program online from scratch using Fanuc controls; offline programming beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC Miller 5 Axis machines.
• Program from scratch on Fanuc controllers; CAD/CAM support as needed.
• Produce high-precision components for aerospace, medical, and defence sectors.
