£36,000–£39,000 + Days-Based + Early Finish Friday + 1.3x Overtime + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Commutable from Coventry, Daventry, Lutterworth, Leamington Spa and surrounding areas
Are you a CNC Miller with experience programming using Heidenhain controls, looking for a stable, days-based role with overtime available and an early finish on a Friday?
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established engineering business with a close-knit team of 18 employees, offering long-term security and a workshop-based position.
The company is continuing to grow and, due to sustained demand, they are looking to add an experienced CNC Miller to support production. You’ll be working in a modern workshop environment, producing high‑quality components and taking ownership of programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines.
This role would suit a motivated CNC Miller who enjoys hands‑on machining work and wants consistent hours, a strong work‑life balance, and optional overtime.

The Role:

• Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
• Workshop based in Rugby
• Dayshift: Mon–Thurs 7:30–16:45, Fri 7:30–12:30 (40 hours/week)

The Person:

• Experienced CNC Miller (minimum 5 years’ milling experience essential)
• Skilled in milling processes and producing components to tight tolerances
• Motivated, reliable and enjoys CNC milling
• Comfortable working in a workshop-based role
