Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited is seeking a CNC Miller (Setter / Operator) for a Bristol-based role. You will set up and operate 5-axis CNC milling machines, including Haas and Matsuura with FANUC controls, to produce high-precision Aerospace and Defence components.

The position runs Monday to Friday on days, with a 12:30 finish on Fridays, and includes 39 hours per week, paid overtime at 1.5x, a pension, and training opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience setting up and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines.
Producing a range of parts for Aerospace and Defence industries.
5-Axis Milling experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Are you a CNC Setter and Operator from a Milling background, looking to join a leading manufacturer, who offer a stable days based role with optional 1.5x overtime and 12:30 finishes on Friday, giving you a great work-life balance?

The company for over 50 years has specialised in manufacturing high-end machined CNC components for the Aerospace, Defence, Oil and Gas industries.

In this role you will be setting and operative 5 axis CNC machines. You will be working with Hass or Matsuura machines using FANUC controls. This is a Monday to Friday job working from 7:30am to 4:30pm with 12:30pm finishes on a Friday. All overtime is paid at an enhanced rate of 1.5x.
