Lodestone Recruitment Ltd are seeking a skilled CNC Miller to join a busy Oldham shop floor working on the latest state-of-the-art machines. You will require a background in CNC Milling or Horizontal Boring, and be able to program or edit Heidenhain controls.

The role involves heavy engineering components and one-offs. The position offers a 3-shift pattern with mornings, afternoons, and nights, overtime potential, and an excellent pension arrangement (5% employee, 10% company).

Qualifikationen

• Apprentice trained or time served CNC Machinist with a background in CNC Milling or Horizontal Boring.
• Able to program or edit using Heidenhain controls.
• Have experience working on heavy engineering projects.
• Have experience manufacturing one offs, working on medium to large components.

Are you a skilled CNC Miller looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience programing CNC Milling machines, and want to work on the latest state of the art machines? Do you want to join a company with excellent benefits including a great pension? If so, this role is for you.

Lodestone Recruitment are currently working in partnership with our client in Oldham who are looking for a skilled CNC Miller/Horizontal Borer to join their team. They are a company that works across a variety of sectors within the heavy engineering sector, and are looking to grow their machining team in line with increased production needs.

What You Need:

• Apprentice trained or time served CNC Machinist with a background in CNC Milling or Horizontal Boring.
• Able to program or edit using Heidenhein controls.
• Have experience working on heavy engineering projects.
• Have experience manufacturing one offs, working on medium to large components.

What You Get:

• Salary: 18.76/hr (plus a 35% shift allowance applied to every shift, making the actual salary 25.33/hr).
• Excellent company pension - you contribute 5%, the company contributes 10%
• Shifts - 3 shift pattern (mornings, afternoons, and nights). There may be options for candidates looking for just nights or mornings/afternoons.
• Overtime available
