Due to continued growth, I’m currently recruiting for a CNC Miller to work with a well-established engineering company based near Cradley Heath. As the CNC Miller, you will be responsible for ensuring quality engineering of components using relevant procedures and methods.

Shift Pattern For The CNC Miller

Rotating double days (week one 6am - 2pm, week two 2pm - 10pm)

Whats On Offer For The CNC Miller

• Competitive hourly rate up to £19.50 DOE
• Monthly bonus
• Production bonus

Duties Of The CNC Miller

• Machining quality components in accordance with technical engineering drawings and specifications
• Heidenhain controls
• Setting one-off components using clamps, angle plates, etc.
• Deburring components and ensuring they are fit for transportation
• Carry out daily bookings against route card jobs and timings
• Inspection for all components throughout the process
• Maintain a safe working environment and comply with the Company’s H&S Policy

Minimum Requirements

• 3-5 years experience as a 5 AXIS CNC Miller working with Heidenhain or Fanuc controls (Essential)
• Ability to program offline (Essential)
• Able to read and interpret technical Engineering drawings (Essential)
