Job summary

Nicholas Associates is recruiting a CNC Miller near Long Eaton to join our precision engineering team. The role is permanent with a 39-hour week and a pay rate up to £19 per hour, plus overtime opportunities that can push earnings above £45k.

Holidays: 33 days, Pension scheme, Onsite parking, and opportunities for training and career development. Commutable from Nottingham, Long Eaton, Beeston and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Experience programming CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Experience with Hurco, Haas, Mazak or Fanuc controls.
• Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.
• HAAS and Matsuura machinery knowledge

The Basics

• Role: CNC Miller
• Position: Permanent
• Location: Near Long Eaton
• Hours: Monday to Wednesday 4pm to 2am and Thursdays 4pm to 1am
• Contracted hours per week: 39hrs
• Pay rates are dependent on experience: Up to £19 per hour + Overtime = earnings of £45k and upwards achievable
• Overtime: Paid at x1.33
• Holidays/Benefits: 33 days, company pension, onsite parking, training and career development.

Working in modern, fast paced precision engineering business we now require a CNC Miller to join the team.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience programming CNC milling machines.
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Experience with Hurco, Haas, Mazak or Fanuc controls.
• Engineering apprenticeship or equivalent.
• HAAS and Matsuura machinery knowledge
• Commutable from: Nottingham, Long Eaton, Beeston and surrounding areas.
