Holt Engineering in the United Kingdom is seeking a skilled CNC Mill/Turner to set up and program Mazak controlled machines, producing precision components from engineering drawings to specification.

You will read drawings, set tooling, offsets and machine parameters, and work as part of an experienced manufacturing team. The role includes a 37-hour week, shift work and overtime at enhanced rates.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC mill/turn experience.
• Experience setting CNC machines.
• CNC programming experience.
• Mazak controls experience.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Setting CNC mill/turn machines.
• Programming using Mazak controls.
• Reading and working from engineering drawings.
• Setting tooling, offsets and machine parameters.
• Producing components accurately and consistently.
