AFL is looking for a CNC Mill Operator to join the Thurso manufacturing team in Scotland. You will operate CNC milling equipment to produce precision parts, monitor processes, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED and 1+ years of manufacturing experience. You will perform data entry, support machine setups, maintain a clean workspace, and contribute to a collaborative, goal-driven environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret simple drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to follow safety rules and quality procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Operate CNC milling machines and monitor tooling changes to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and production goals.
• Enter production and quality data accurately using a computer.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area and adhere to safety policies.
• Assist with machine setup and preventative maintenance as needed.
