Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist in Aberdeen to set, operate and program milling machines and lathes. You will work with mild steel and aluminium components and have the opportunity to train on additional milling or lathe capabilities.

The role offers a 39-hour week from 6am to 2pm, with overtime available to boost earnings, and a long-standing, reputable engineering environment in which your skills can grow.

Qualifications

• Experience setting, operating and programming milling machines or lathes.
• Ability to work with mild steel and aluminium components.
• Willingness to train on additional milling or lathe capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Set, operate and program milling machines and lathes (equal split).
• Manufacture mild steel and aluminium components.
• Training available on milling machines or lathes.
• Standards: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm, 39 hours per week.
