Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist with Milling experience for a Glasgow shop. The role offers a 4-day week, optional overtime at premium rates, and an attractive benefits package including 8% pension and 33 days holiday.

You will program, set and operate Fanuc controlled milling machines on the shop floor, achieving micron-level tolerances as part of a stable, long-established engineering team serving Oil & Gas, MoD, and other clients.

Are you a CNC Machinist with Milling experience looking to join a stable company, offering a 4 day working week, plenty of optional overtime at a competitive rate and a great work life balance?

In this role you will use Fanuc controls to programme, set and operate a range of high-end milling machines. You will be working to micron level tolerances on a vibrant shopfloor, operating on a 4-day working week.

The Role:

• Using Fanuc controls to programme, set and operate milling machines

• Monday to Thursday 7:45am – 5:30pm. 4 day working week
• Plenty of optional overtime available at 1.5x
