Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ manufacturing and/or production experience.
• Proven background in CNC Machining, particularly with 5 Axis.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of CNC Engineers on multiple programs.
• Manage day to day activity of up to 10 direct reports.
• Drive problem solving activity to solve assembly, test and build problems.
• Drive continuous improvement activity to meet cost reduction objectives.
