Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in CNC manufacturing or precision machining.
• Expertise in 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC programming and machining processes.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and engineering drawings.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead CNC machining strategy across complex component manufacturing operations.
• Develop, optimize, and validate CNC programs for 3-axis, 4-axis, and 5-axis machining centres.
• Design and implement advanced fixturing and workholding solutions to improve repeatability and throughput.
• Select and optimize cutting tools and parameters for various materials and geometries.
• Mentor junior manufacturing engineers, programmers, and machinists.
