Qualifications

• Experience as a CNC Miller with 5-axis capability.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate technical issues clearly.
• A keen approach to sharing knowledge and aiding development.

Responsibilities

• Setting CNC milling machines for precision components.
• Ensuring manufacturing tolerances as per engineering drawings.
• Training in Quality Management and Health and Safety procedures.
• Supporting work allocation and problem resolution.
• Monitoring daily output and supporting shift handover.
