Job summary

Dovetail And Slate Limited is seeking a CNC/Machinist Lecturer to join our team in Essex. This permanent role combines practical machining instruction with theory to build students’ skills for employment in engineering environments.

You’ll design, deliver and assess machining and CNC programmes across levels, blending workshop teaching with theoretical underpinning, and you’ll bring industry practices into the curriculum. You’ll support learners and collaborate to keep content current.

• Substantial practical experience in CNC, machining or precision engineering.
